Thank you for taking time to give feedback. We are sorry that your experience was so negative. We will remind our cleaners to check the cooking appliances although this must have been a one off oversight as they are normally meticulous about the overall cleaning of the chalet. It's very sad to see that Norton Park was not for you. We believe from our other reviews that our privately owned chalet offers great value for money, comfort, cleanliness and facilities in a pleasant, tranquil rural setting on the edge of one of Devons most beautiful towns.
