“Positives: Well-equipped kitchen Local books eg walks very helpful Outside back garden Parking at accommodation Not-so-goods: Noise from upstairs flat.”

Kitchen and bathrooms could do with a deep clean-en suite shower in particular. Both showers can’t be used at the same time-en suite water went very cold. Smell of dog in front room-not very bad but it can be smelt. This was our fault as at the time of booking we didn’t realise that the accommodation was dog friendly. No objections to dogs but would rather not smell them. Unnecessary rubbish dumped around the parking area-wasn’t a great 1st impression. Think listing should state very ...

Think listing should state very steep walk from Salcombe-we were ok with that but it wouldn’t suit some.
