“We were happy with the accommodation but our issues were with the details provided describing what is included within the property.”

In the original description a sofa bed is listed but that was not the case. Towels and bed linen were supposed to be included but an email the day before advised us that towels would not be provided. Lastly, one of the confirmation of booking emails provided a link to the property address which gave a totally different town and post code but exactly the same house number and street name - luckily I rang the telephone number provided to confirm where we had actually booked - thankfully I ...

In the original description a sofa bed is listed but that was not the case. Towels and bed linen were supposed to be included but an email the day before advised us that towels would not be provided. Lastly, one of the confirmation of booking emails provided a link to the property address which gave a totally different town and post code but exactly the same house number and street name - luckily I rang the telephone number provided to confirm where we had actually booked - thankfully I noticed the error before we set off. Happily we found 14a Courtenay Street to be perfectly located, cosy and well appointed.
