‘The Salcombe’ apartments are located in central Salcombe, on the idyllic waterfront. Residents have exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool, available annually from May to September (subject to change) communal gardens, plus one allocated parking space per flat and mooring.
3 The Salcombe is a comfortable ground floor poolside flat. Open plan lounge/dining area with gorgeous views over the garden and harbour. Patio door leads out to poolside terrace with four garden chairs and two folding sun beds. Comfortable lounge area has a TV, hi-fi radio, CD system, two armchairs and a fully sprung double sofa bed. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table, side table and four chairs. Hallway has a large wardrobe, cupboard and chest of drawers. One bedroom with two single beds, overlooking the garden, pool and harbour. Bathroom with bath and thermostatic electric shower, hand basing, w.c. and shaver point. Communal laundry is situated in ‘The Salcombe’ building.
Within easy reach of boutique shops, popular restaurants and sandy beaches, this lovely ground floor flat is ideally suited to a couple.

The location is pretty much the saving grace for this apartment - it is reasonably decorated even though it’s had a refresh with new carpets and a new sofa and new pictures the kitchen units and appliances and cups, crockery and accessories are all very tired and in need and f upgrading.
It also needs a unit for clothes or a chair or something in the corner in the bedroom. The water is hot and plentiful though Shame the locker store for paddle boards is now not available for guests !
The accommodation was fantastic it's just a shame about the door coming from the main apartments to the garden area banging shut so loud all the time but other than that we had an amazing week Thanks
Fantastic location nice the flat has had a freshened up the only thing that lets it down is not having a double bed and the sofa bed is terrible so so uncomfortable it would be good if 2 single beds could be zipped together or a new sofa bed everything else is great

The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from late May to late September each year (subject to change).
Allocated parking space for ONE car only.
Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
The pontoon wall is being repaired from late April until 23rd May 2025 and will be out of use. Please call the local office for further information
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.
