“Lovely and surprisingly spacious flat, with a well stocked kitchen.”

The view from the balcony is stunning, and the outdoor furniture very comfortable - a small sofa out there would be an added bonus. A reading lamp over the armchair in the corner would also be handy, rather than having to keep the big ceiling light on, especially if one person is going to bed and the other sitting up a bit later. We knew about the pontoon, but there is also a slipway from the carpark which was ideal for launching our kayak from (and also swimming from in the evening!) It is worth noting parking for all the apartments is very tight, with a lot of SUVs that are outsized compared to the allocated spaces - we were ok squeezing in with our small car, but if we'd had anything bigger it would have been a struggle. We had a wonderful week, and the location and setting of the flat cannot be beaten. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your lovely feedback, it is really appreciated. Thank you for the comment about the reading light, that is a very good idea, and the owner has now purchased a lamp. We are thrilled you had a wonderful holiday and hope to welcome you back to Salcombe soon. Property Owner
