The property

5 Combehaven is a ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

This property has an open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge featuring a New England style granite kitchen, the dining table seats six and large glass doors opening onto a garden with terrace.

Kitchen amenities include, an AEG gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas, television with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, bluetooth speaker and a selection of books and games, there are French doors which open out onto a garden.

Three bedrooms in total: a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

There are two further bedrooms one with a double bed and one with 3' Oak bunkbeds.

All bedrooms have doors out onto the terrace and garden.

There is a separate family bathroom with Bette steel bath, power shower (over), hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside, a sunny South-facing front garden has a small area of lawn plus extensive terrace with table and chairs.

There is an area of lawn and a sheltered side terrace with large wooden table and benches.

Two car parking spaces are reserved for this property.

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
