The property has a private entrance from Fore Street, and has an open plan layout with uninterrupted views over the famous estuary.
The lounge/dining/kitchen area has a wide bay window which overlooks the harbour, a TV with a Sky package and a comfortable lounge suite, whilst the dining table seats six.
There are three bedrooms in total: the first has a wide picture window with bench seating and fabulous estuary views and a super-King size bed.
The second bedroom is a twin with two 3' single beds which can be zipped together to provide a super-King size bed on request.
Bedroom three has a set of bunks, single over double - perfect for children.
There is a luxury contemporary shower room with shower, in addition to a family bathroom with panelled bath, shower (over) and low-level w.c.
The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and dishwasher whilst also providing access to the rear terrace and its outdoor furniture.
Guests also enjoy the use of a complimentary parking permit for the nearby Batson Creek car park during their stay.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
