“We absolutely loved this small cottage which does have everything needed for a couple or small family to enjoy a seaside break.”

The location is perfect only a few yards away from the waterside. We think it may help to modernise or upgrade the shower which we found difficult to avoid overspill out from the tray. Also a toilet roll and hand soap would help albeit we have left some at each sink. Overall we were delighted with our choice and absolutely love staying in Salcombe so hope to visit again soon.

On the upper floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen to one end of the room, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dining bar with seating for four.

The living space is comfortably furnished and has a television with Freeview recorder box and DVD player and an Electric Feature fireplace. On the lower floor is a double bedroom with double bed and one single bedroom, fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair and TV with Freesat.

All bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own beach towels, tea towels and bath mats. On the lower floor, there is also a newly fitted shower room, with large cubicle shower, and heated towel rail, plus a separate w.c with a hand basin.
