  • “Lee Shore is a delightful holiday home.”

The third time I've stayed there. However, I would feel a lot safer going up the steep stairs to the living area if there was some kind of hand-rail to assist. Also, I note the main sash window is in need of repair. Looking forward to returning next year.

The property

Lee Shore is a comfortable two storey apartment, perfect for a couple looking for a centrally located property in the heart of popular Salcombe, within easy reach of the town’s pretty quayside, award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. Imaginatively decorated with a bright and colourful interior, Lee Shore offers lovely views across the estuary towards Fisherman's Cove and East Portlemouth.

On the upper floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen to one end of the room, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dining bar with seating for four.

The living space is comfortably furnished and has a television with Freeview recorder box and DVD player. On the lower floor is a double bedroom with double bed and One Single Bedroom, fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair and TV with Freesat.

All bed linen will be provided, however guests will need to bring their own beach towels, tea towels and bath mats. On the lower floor, there is also a newly fitted shower room, with large cubicle shower, and heated towel rail, plus a separate w.c with a hand basin. Perfectly positioned just a few steps from Salcombe’s harbour, why not stroll in to town and catch the foot passenger ferry across to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth, before returning to Salcombe for a delicious meal and a relaxing evening at Lee Shore.

This is a fabulously located apartment for couples looking for a little rest and relaxation in beautiful surroundings.
