Salvatore, a well-appointed, three-storey home is situated in Salcombe, Devon.
Enjoying estuary views and just moments away from a range of amenities, attractions and a stunning beach, this large home has a lot to offer, ideal for families and groups, sleeping up to eight guests.
Be welcomed by off-road parking, sought-after in the area, before climbing the external steps, up to your elevated position. Step indoors and reach the homely sitting room, complete with plenty of plush seating to sink into, with a Smart TV for evening entertainment, whilst the kitchen/diner is well-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, where you can rustle up and enjoy homecooked meals over a glass of wine.
If the sun is shining, dine alfresco upon the rear patio, with a charcoal barbecue on offer, basking in the Devonshire air from your enclosed and private garden.
Make your way up the stairs to find five bedrooms, all offering a warm and relaxing feel; there is a double bedroom, a twin, and a bunk for the children of your group, resting on the first floor, alongside the bathroom, whilst two further double bedrooms lie on the second floor, enjoying stunning vistas of the coast.
The home is complete with a sleek, ground-floor shower room, and a handy cloakroom, where you can wash off the day’s adventures or prepare for your seaside itinerary.
Explore the nearby town of Salcombe which has plenty to offer, from watersports, sailing, and boat hire to a range of independent shops, restaurants, and pubs; Salcombe North Sands is worth visiting for a day at the beach, possible to follow the coastal path around to the beautiful Soar Mill Cove.
For a day trip, visit Kingsbridge, Dartmouth or Plymouth; in Kingsbridge, take a walk around the estuary and follow the trails to explore the local wildlife, before enjoying a tasty lunch or dinner at one of the local pubs.
Alternatively, why not explore the medieval streets of Dartmouth, admiring the 17th century architecture or perhaps a boat ride along the River Dart? End your getaway by enjoying a day of shopping, entertainment, and sightseeing in the historic city of Plymouth, with a visit to the National Marine Aquarium guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family.

It was our 2nd time in Salcombe and the first in Salvatore, we are a Family with grown up children and sometimes with there partners, visiting Family in Salcombe and for our holidays at seaside.
The house was great for all our needs, it is clean, well equipped has a view from top floor. communications with the caretakers was very good, nothing to complain! Only suggestion for improvements the knifeset in the kitchen needs replacing (useless blunt) The waterpressure in the shower next to kitchen is very low but we would definitely book it again
Salvatore is a great house for a families of up to 10 with three doubles a twin and a bunk room.
You might struggle a bit for seating if the house was full, but for our party of 6 adults it was excellent. It’s very well equipped and we self catered a couple of times with nothing lacking for a three course meal. The second fridge is a real bonus on a heatwave week, and the house stayed wonderfully cool. The garden area is great, with seating on chairs and stools for 10. We had a minor issue with blocked shower, but the owner was round straightaway and did everything possible to ensure that our stay was not disturbed. If you can cope with hills, it’s even convenient for town.

the property is in a great location. We were so impressed with the space and how well equipped the property was. Especially the kitchen - all the thoughtful little things like washing up liquid, dish washer tabs, cling film/ foil, there was everything we needed! Thank you so much. WE would definitely recommend staying here :)
