St Leonards is located on Shadycombe Road within a short walk of Salcombe’s renowned waterfront, shops and restaurants.
This property sleeps four and is the perfect base for couples and small families wanting to explore the town, its sandy beaches and the catch the passenger ferry to the beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay.
With a toasty fireplace, ample seating, television with integrated DVD player, the sitting room is the perfect place to unwind in comfort.
The bright open-plan kitchen/dining room has a range of modern appliances, a round six-person dining table, and a pair of French doors, which lead out to the rear terrace.
The master bedroom has a super-King size bed, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room.
The family bathroom is on the first floor.
On the second floor, steep stairs lead to a snug / playroom designed for children.
At the rear of the house is an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture for al fresco summer entertaining.
There is allocated off-road parking for one car and wi-fi is available.
When it’s time to explore the South Devon coast, you’ll find plenty of unforgettable experiences nearby.
In Salcombe, set sail across the glistening estuary on a boat trip, unwind on the golden sands of North Sands Beach, or browse the charming local boutiques and eateries that line the waterfront.
Head over to Dartmouth to tour the historic Dartmouth Castle, stroll along the scenic Dartmouth Harbour, or enjoy a peaceful river cruise along the River Dart surrounded by rolling countryside.
Meanwhile, in Paignton, families can meet exotic animals at Paignton Zoo, enjoy classic seaside fun on the Paignton Pier, or take a nostalgic journey aboard the Paignton to Kingswear Steam Railway, offering incredible coastal views along the way.

The cottage is ideally located with just a short walk into the centre of salcombe (short steep walk back).
The place had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the super king bed was a bonus. Was great having a private outside patio. Kitchen well equipped and a cosy lounge. Having parking really close was also great. The cottage could benefit from a deep clean, repainting through out, and the front and rear garden need a good tidy up. However, these did not affect our stay but would make a nice accommodation into a great one.
This is our second relaxing stay at St Leonard’s in beautiful Salcombe.
Everything yet again was perfect and a real home from home experience. Having an area to park the car off road is brilliant as there’s not many holiday lets with this facility! Highly recommend this cosy cottage 100%
Location very good and car parking space a big bonus That is why I booked this cottage We liked its homeliness and that it had not been flashed up and minimalised The big bed was another reason for choosing this cottage Really liked the kitchen dining area and patio A walk in shower would be a bonus and Smy TV This you put it up to 4star for me Would book St Leonard’s again
