Rustle up something tasty in the kitchen/dining area, with all the essential appliances provided here and in the utility room, this area offers an excellent socialising space.
Relax out on the wonderful balcony accessed via the sliding doors where you can soak up the sun and sip a refreshing drink all while taking in the beautiful sea and beach views before you.
The master bedroom is home to a king-size bed and thoughtful decoration, benefitting also from an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath and separate large walk-in shower, with a door to access the balcony straight from the bedroom too.
A second sleeping spot is home to two single beds which can be made into a super-king-size, perfect for accommodating different groups, and served by the shower room.
The welcome access to the outdoor heated swimming pool means you can choose to spend a hot sunny afternoon by the pool with a good book, taking a dip to cool off.
Take the short walk down to North Sands Beach to enjoy searching the rockpools, safe bathing and golden sands for beach games, as well as offering unrivalled views out to sea.
Venture into the centre of town to see the many independent restaurants lining the streets, along with cafés and pubs, with lots of local and quirky shops to browse too, perhaps for a souvenir!
The South West Coast Path is a perfect way to enjoy the seascapes and rugged coastal scenery, bringing you along the coast to the National Trust property of Overbeck's where you come upon more fantastic vistas.

A very spacious, comfortable and well equipped flat.
From the balcony you can view the beach. There is a microwave built into the top oven which others seem to have missed. The lift was useful for getting cases in, but be aware there is a very steep drive and steps to the property so it's only recommended for the fully mobile. We really enjoyed our time here. The swimming pool was a bonus.
The apartment was in a perfect location but the property could do with a makeover.
The shower in the en-suite bathroom smelt bad and must have been installed in the 1970's, we never used this. General cleanliness was not good, windows and frames inside were dirty. We had to wash crockery and cutlery before using it, there was food residue on some bowls. Could have done with a microwave oven to heat things. However the kitchen was good. Lastly the bin shed, there were flies and live maggots all over the floor, not a good first impression when you're trying to access the key safe. Please sort the tv out.
Disappointed that there was no welcome pack.
Not even a carton of milk for tea and coffee on arrival. Some light bulbs needed replacing.
