At lower ground floor there is a third double with King-size four-poster bed, and a children's room to the rear with two single beds. In addition to the two en suites is a further family bathroom - adjacent to the children's bedroom - on the lower ground floor.

The property has a good-sized balcony off the sitting area with stunning views across the estuary towards Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches. Allocated parking for one car is available.
