A well maintained and equipped apartment with stunning sea views over South Milton Sands and the nature reserve.

The balcony would appear to be North facing so not very sunny. Few suggestions to improve the customer experience. Firstly, a first aid kit would be handy for unforeseen issues. Secondly, a streaming service such as Netflix or Prime would be useful. Otherwise a very enjoyable week.

Made our stay very special for our mother’s 90th birthday. She said it was like a dream being there and enjoyed every moment. Looking out at the seen and beach everyday was very special. Thank you.

Absolutely superb apartment!

Everything you could want and more. Having stayed in one of the other rental’s in the same block we had something to compare it to and number 10 didn’t disappoint. Very well appointed to a brilliant standard, we will certainly return in the further. A big thank you to the owners and coast and country for a very well managed, problem free stay.

We loved the place and appreciated the high-quality furnishings and equipment.

The bed we used was very comfortable! Plenty of cupboard space, hooks behind bathroom doors and good showers. Our only criticism is the total absence of instructions for anything in the place. The fridge, washing machine etc were fairly straightforward but faced with an induction hob for the very first time, there was a steep learning curve. It took time we didn't want to waste acquiring instructions online, and the first evening this was impossible as there was no internet and it took us some time to find the dongle (hidden behind the shoe rack in the hall). Once this was reset all worked fine with only occasional drop-outs over the holiday. Overall we had a wonderful holiday but please provide an instruction folder as most places do!

The apartment exceeded our expectations and was absolutely beautiful. A lot of thought has gone into the fittings and furnishings to provide a comfortable space. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again sometime.

We could not get into the apartment we ran the agent who said they would get back to us asap 15mins later I rang again the lady tried to talk us through how to unlock ( this was very condescending as though we were stupid) the door there was 2 locks.

We took the 2 keys off the key ring and kept trying somehow we don’t know how we managed to get in the mortise lock was broken. 2 agents arrived 30 mins later with wd40. Which was not needed we told them that the lock was Jamed it would need replacing we just used the top lock all week. 2nd bedroom in advert said it would be set up as a king it was not the cleaner was not coming till the next day we found linen in cupboard and changed it ourselves. This should not have had to be done. Not good enough

it was just as well we took some provisions as there isnt a shop handy.

This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location overlooking the beach and sea.

The owners had gone to some length to upgrade bathrooms and the kitchen, with great quality 'John Lewis' plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The scented candles were also a nice touch. With plenty of lamps the ambience was great in the evenings. Sofa's and chairs very comfortable having throws and scatter cushions, as was the massive super king size bed. We only used the one bedroom as just two of us stayed but had to ask Sykes for some extra towels as only two were left for us! It's not like we paid less than six occupants so could not understand that one. I also washed the glass balcony which made a big difference to the view. I would like to think they were done on a regular basis. We would like to stay here again sometime and recommend to anyone thinking of staying in this wonderful location.

Excellent property, immaculate inside, balcony needed some attention/ cleaning but appreciate it’s coming to the end of the season.

Spent whole week with balcony doors wide open watching and listening to the sea. Perfect for land locked midlanders! Superb quality linens, very comfy bed. Just lovely. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Our third visit to this wonderful apartment with the added bonus of a new kitchen and two new bathrooms.

Amazing views . Everything provided ( apart from a decent corkscrew….John Lewis everywhere and a cheap rickety corkscrew?) A brand new kitchen and bathrooms really made the stay luxurious and we enjoyed the designated parking space . Possibly an opaque film ( never am I suggesting nets ) on the bedroom windows could be an idea as the blinds have to be closed whenever you are in the rooms and as they only overlook the carpark a view isn’t a necessity… All in all a great stay in a venue perfectly situated.

Lovely apartment, stayed there twice and booked again for next year, stunning views and very comfortable apartment.

Only negative comment I would make is that leaving one toilet roll in each bathroom is not adequate initially, we were caught out in our first visit as there were 6 of us staying, there are no shops anywhere close by and so a car journey is required to purchase any, unfortunately this last visit we were caught out again as we had forgotten… other than that it’s fabulous!!

It’s very well equipped with tasteful furnishings & little touches to make for a comfortable visit. There are books, games, a wind break, a kite, boule etc - all the things that take up space in the car! The laundry room is also well equipped which is a godsend after a day on the beach. The view of the beach is great & sunsets just divine. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have booked it again next year.

We loved the light, bright open plan living area with great views of sea, beach and countryside. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole apartment was nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen, including lovely quality seaside crockery! The location was great; our children loved easy access to the beach and the pool. We would highly recommend it, and would love to return in the future.

Terrible customer service - the worst of all holiday companies we have used !!

A brilliant flat especially for our two year old Grandson, with the beach, swimming pool and the Burgh Island sea tractor not far away.

We had a great family celebration here in this spacious apartment. The laundry room was a real bonus for wetsuits and beach toys, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view of Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island from the sitting room was amazing and made up for the weather when it was too windy to be on the beach. Our only criticism was the dongal - it was not mentioned on the details only on the arrival letter. We did have a few minor issues with the internet. A brilliant week and we hope to return.

The view from the living room and balcony is stunning. A spacious apartment with the added benefit of a utility room and all the home comforts you need. We will be back again.

This apartment was a fantastic location.

The bathrooms were a bit tired and really need an upgrade. The rest of the apartment was good but the bathrooms means we will not recommend them to friends. The complete lack of wifi will mean we will have to warn people. Sorry. This place has great potential and the bedrooms and lounge were lovely but bathrooms and internet are important these days.

Really could do with Wi Fi in the apartment.

If only one point was that the bunk beds were not very comfortable or long if you have 5 tall people staying, the other two rooms were great, always hot water, great facilities and close for a walk to Hope cove or Thurlestone village.

Accuracy of listing Had a fabulous time at this apartment, we went as a family of four and had some reservations based on some of the previous feedback.

However, the property was perfect and the photos don't do it justice at all and the kitchen equipment and cooking utensils were good. We had no problems with our IT, we had two teenagers who were able to access all they needed through their hotspots. The views and surrounding scenery were beautiful. The boys had great fun in the sea bodyboarding etc. We would love to go to this property again. Cleanliness The apartment was really clean and tidy, the only thing is the patio and windows were dirty and could have been cleaner, however in an apartment facing the beach cleaning wouldn't last very long our car was quite sandy when we went home. Comfort The beds and furniture were really comfortable and we were able to relax and sleep well. Facilities The on site facilities were excellent, heated pool etc was lovely and clean and quiet. It could only be improved by having an area to clean off sand etc nearer to the front of the building as the one available was around the other side of the pool.

WiFi is essential to organise trips, restaurants and other activities particularly when there is patchy mobile phone coverage Towels would make the accommodation significantly more convenient

Spacious apartment with fantastic views !

A spacious airy apartment with a great view of the beach.

We would have said excellent but the property was too near the sewage cesspit which meant you could not sit ouitside on some days.

Have stayed here several times and really like the property. Could do with a little 'tlc', eg curtains need a clean (very dusty and the hooks are breaking off) shower door in main bathroom doesn't close properly and some kitchen utensils need broken ones replacing. That said I'm going again this year!

Apartment is fine, but needs a little modernising. Bedlinen could be upgraded
