In addition, an adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, cloakroom with w.c and wash-hand basin and access to the rear garden.

Beyond the utility, is the first of four bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a super-King size bed and walk-in dressing area with fitted wardrobes and a large en suite with bath, power shower, two wash-hand basin and w.c.

On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms.

Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms each with two single beds, wardrobes and drawers.

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
