The property

A modern annexe set on the outskirts of the small parish village Woodleigh, a few miles from the market town of Kingsbridge, and lovely Salcombe.

Cloverwell is accessed via a set of stairs, into the open plan living area, home to a newly fitted kitchen, dining table and living area with a TV which you can relax in front of after a day exploring the Devon coast.

There is double bedroom and smart shower room which finish off the property.

To the outside of the property is a garden area with a BBQ and picnic bench, where you can relax with an evening drink while enjoying the surrounding countryside.

The market town of Kingsbridge is only a few miles from the property with an array of pubs, cafés and shops for you to enjoy.

Whether you are looking for a seaside or countryside break, you will find both with Cloverwell.

The exclusive seaside town of Salcombe is not far from the property with many traditional pubs and cafes, or why not enjoy a Devon ice cream while relaxing by the water’s edge.

There also many lovely coastal walks in the surrounding area, and some gorgeous beaches to enjoy such as Bigbury, Thurlestone.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland, the idyllic, picturesque village of Woodeleigh is perfect for those wishing to escape from it all. Located nearby is the popular Avon Mill Garden Centre, set on the banks of the River Avon, with a number of boutique shops, a gallery and a bustling café/restaurant serving cream teas and a variety of delicious dishes . For those wishing to sample the local Ales, the Loddiswell Inn, is a short 5-10 minutes’ drive away. The pretty village of Woodleigh is within a few miles of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and just a 15-20 minute drive to Bigbury Bay and Bantham beach. The stunning landscapes of Dartmoor National Park are also within easy reach.
