Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car. 

Apartment 10 (First Floor) 

A deceptively spacious first floor apartment with large balcony to take in the wonderful sea views. The open plan living accommodation is comfortably furnished and includes two large leather sofas and dining table seating six - it is perfect for young families or couples looking for a coastal retreat and great local walks.

ACCOMMODATION A first floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom.
KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM Open plan room with doors out to balcony with wide ocean views and furniture. Kitchen area is fully fitted and comprising electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and stools. A large comfortable lounge with TV, video and CD player. Dining table and chairs.
UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom with super-King size bed, bedside units, dressing table, drawers, fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom with w.c., hand basin, bath with power shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail. The second double also has a super-King size bed (that can be split on request to create two singles), bedside units, drawers and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has full-size pine bunk beds.  N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) there is a further bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaver point, and heated towel rail.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.

“We had to clean to balcony when we arrived, the oven also needed cleaning, the flat smelt of dogs when we arrived although the flat is advertised as no dogs, and i had to unblock the toilet when i arrived. No WiFi, speaking to other landlords there they do provide WiFi, especially as signal is zero and having an 18 month old, in an emergency what would we do. I wouldn't say this is 3 star anymore it needs an uplift. Despite that still perfect location.”

Thank you for your feedback in respect of your recent holiday at this property.\n\nFirstly I must apologise that some aspects of the accommodation were not satisfactorily cleaned prior to your arrival.  I will forward these comments to the owner and their nominated housekeeper and work with them to ensure these areas are attended to at the earliest opportunity.\n\nWe are concerned that there appeared to be a smell of dogs at the apartment, as pets are not permitted as you rightly point out. We can only speculate that previous guests may have taken a dog without permission but unfortunately we have no evidence to support this.  Either way we are sorry that the smell had not dissipated before your holiday, and for any inconvenience.\n\nWhilst we agree that the provision of wireless broadband is advisable for many reasons as you suggest some property owners choose not to make such a facility available to holiday guests.  This apartment is/was not advertised with wifi but we will make this recommendation to the owner in light of your comments.\n\nIn conclusion if you would like to discuss these or any other matters further please contact me directly at any time.\n\nRegards\n\nAndrew Jones\nDIRECTOR
