A superbly furnished and luxurious second floor apartment, tastefully decorated to provide the perfect holiday location for a family or two couples. The living accommodation is beautifully presented and offers delightful views over North Sands and out to sea with glass sliding doors leading out to a furnished balcony. The apartment is a just five-minute or so downhill walk to the sandy beach and the popular 'Winking Prawn' beachside bistro.

St. Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting in sheltered sub-tropical south facing gardens, is just a few minutes from North Sands beach, and enjoys superb views over the valley and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. The spacious and well equipped apartments each have a balcony to take in the delightful view as well as a parking space for one car and use of the lovely outdoor heated swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION A superbly furnished and luxurious second floor apartment, tastefully decorated to provide the perfect location for a family or two couples. Mainly carpeted, with a tiled floor in the kitchen and oak flooring in hallway. The large central hall with video entry system gives access to all areas of the apartment. Ample storage for coats, boots etc.
KITCHEN A spacious fully-fitted kitchen comprises a 4-ring gas hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast table and stools.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A beautifully presented room with TV, DVD, video, feature marble and oak fireplace and sliding glass door to good-sized balcony with wooden table and chairs. Archway from lounge through to dining area with superb oak table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Two: Master bedroom with 6' double bed, built-in wardrobe and door out to balcony. Large, fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath (hand-held shower), walk-in shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c., and heated towel rail. Second large bedroom with twin 3' beds and built-in wardrobes (A third 3' single bed is available on request) - All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided.
SHOWER ROOM Adjacent to the second bedroom with walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., shaver point and light.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year. Please check with office for confirmed dates.

OTHER Mainly carpeted throughout. Broadband and telephone (for incoming calls only) available.

“Our 2nd stay at 12 St Elmo Court in the last 4 years.

Excellent apartment for 4 people.
Great location, 5 mins walk to local beach / restaurant, 10 mins to other beach / restaurant, and 20 mins walk into Salcombe town.
Private swimming pool is an added bonus.
Fantastic views of the coastline.
Very quiet and relaxing complex.
Convenient and secure parking.

Kitchen and main bathroom are getting a bit tired / dated now, compared to similar properties in this price band.”

“Much of the bedroom furniture doesn't work. Flat is dated and in need of refresh. Pool far to cold to use freezer full so unable to put ice in”

Many thanks for your feedback in respect of this apartment, although I am clearly disappointed that your holiday expectations were not met.\n\nAs you are aware the accommodation has been independently graded as '4 Star Gold' by VisitEngland in the most recent assessment, but we will review the bedroom furniture in particular and advise the owners if improvements are required to maintain this grading going forward.  I am sorry that the freezer could not be used effectively and we will instruct the housekeeper to defrost on the next changeover.\n\nWe will pass on your comment regarding the pool temperature to the St Elmo Court management company, but this is the only such feedback we have received in this respect as far as we can recall.  We will monitor the temperature on a regular basis through the season to ensure it is comfortable for guests' use.\n\nRegards\n\nAndrew Jones\nDIRECTOR\n\n\n\n
