ACCOMMODATION A superb ground floor apartment.  

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan area with superb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and maple fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double leather sofas, leather chair, flat screen TV, DVD, ipod docking unit and glass/steel dining table with 6 chairs. Double French doors open out to garden and terrace with table and chairs.  

BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom with 4'6"double bed, built-in wardrobes, flatscreen TV, DVD and en suite shower room with under floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver point, light and heated towel rail. Two further twin rooms, one with 3' single beds and a second with 2'6" beds (ideal for children). All three bedrooms have French doors out to paved terrace and garden. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels. 

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room a separate family bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point, light and heated towel rail.  

OUTSIDE Small south facing front garden and terrace with table and chairs.   

PARKING Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted) - a lift runs from ground floor/car park level in each of the two main apartment buildings.  

OTHER INFORMATION The properties each enjoy the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly beech laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Wireless broadband internet available.

First time staying at 3 Combehaven and we were really impressed - everything was clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen (but needs more teaspoons!!) which is important to us as we cook a lot whilst we're away. Comfy, good quality beds. No scrimping, which is what I really like to see in a holiday cottage! So many places just chuck in old furniture, etc that they no longer want in their own house but this is definitely not the case here. Will go back.

Very well appointed apartment . Comfortable, light. Well equipped . Comfortable beds. Excellent showers. Very spacious and suitable for all ages. Easy access to town on foot.
