ACCOMMODATION A spacious and elegantly presented ground floor apartment, equipped, decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and with direct access to the heated swimming pool, gardens and mooring. The accommodation has been creatively and significantly upgraded (in 2016) to provide a high quality retreat for families, couples or groups of friends looking to relax in the very heart of Salcombe.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A stunning new kitchen area with Karndean flooring features a range of sleek, contemporary units, stylish worktop, four-ring induction hob, integrated oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with two wooden stools. The adjacent dining area has a table, chairs and bench seating for up to eight. A side door leads out to pool and gardens, and offers quick access to the town nearby.
LOUNGE A light and sunny lounge area has stunning views via four bay windows over the gardens and out to the estuary. The room is tastefully furnished with two double sofas, two armchairs, coffee table and sideboard, and incorporates a wall mounted flatscreen television with FreeSat.
BEDROOMS Four in total. The delightful en suite master bedroom has a King-size wooden framed bed, matching bedside units, wardrobe and drawers, and a newly refurbished, mostly tiled en suite bathroom comprising bath, shower (over), vanity unit with basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point with light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two wooden-framed beds, bedside unit and wardrobe, whilst the third has bunk beds. The newly created fourth bedroom (off the lounge) is a spacious single bedroom with fitted wardrobe, drawers and access to the garden. N.B. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a stunning, fully tiled shower room with large walk in shower, vanity unit with basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point with light.
OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and hot water. Karndaen flooring in the kitchen and dining areas with high quality carpet in all other rooms. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.

Very comfortable flat in good location swimming pool was used and was heated which was a plus. The grounds were well kept, Our only fault was no mirror in master bedroom
