6, Thurlestone Beach (Semi-detached beach house)

ACCOMMODATION A delightful beach house with sea views, private garden and parking for two cars, ideally presented and equipped for one/two families, or couples looking for spacious, comfortable accommodation close to local beaches and the South West Coast Path.
VIEWS Distant sea views from the terrace and three of the bedrooms, plus lovely rural views from the sitting room and kitchen
ENTRANCE A dedicated/private entrance door at ground floor level leads into a spacious hallway with wood flooring, and offers easy access to the main living accommodation and en suite master bedroom.  There is a CLOAKROOM off the hallway with w.c. and wash-hand basin, as well as a UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge/freezer (with water/ice dispenser) and fitted units.
KITCHEN A good sized and well equipped kitchen has a range of cream fitted units, black granite worktops, breakfast bar, integrated fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and Rangemaster cooker with 5-ring ceramic hob, grill and double oven.  A door leads out to a small private garden to the side of the development.
SITTING/DINING ROOM The comfortably furnished lounge area with a large L-shaped double sofa, further three-seater sofa, bean bag, coffee table, wall-mounted flat-screen television, DVD player and Bluetooth Bose speaker.  A good collection of DVDs and family games are available for guests. The dining area has a teak table seating up to eight guests. French double doors lead out to the West-facing terrace area.
BEDROOMS Four in total.  The ground floor master bedroom has a wooden framed King-sized bed, matching bedside tables and dressing table with stool and fitted wardrobes. French doors lead out to the terrace.  The en suite shower room has a large powerful shower, w.c., wash-hand basin. heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point.  The comfortable second bedroom (on the first floor) has a double bed, bedside unit, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
The third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, bedside unit, drawers, dresser with stool, and fitted wardrobes, whilst the fourth has full-size bunk beds and drawers.  N.B. All duvets, bed linen and towels (excluding cot linen and beach towels) are included. 
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot, highchair and children's utensils, plates, cups and bowls.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom on the first floor with spa bath, overhead shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point. 
OUTSIDE Accessible from the rear French doors and perfect for outside dining is a large terrace with garden table and seating for six to capture the wonderful sunsets over the Thurlestone headland and sea beyond. The patio leads directly into 1.5 acres of landscaped communal gardens which include a sheltered sunken garden and barbecue area.  Small private area of garden to the side of the property.
PARKING A private, secure garage is available for one car with a designated bay for a second car in the main parking area (Strictly no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Additional parking is usually available within the village nearby (approx. ¾ of a mile away).
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly wooden flooring throughout with carpet in bedrooms. Superfast fibre broadband available. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking allowed (inside or outside the property).  One well behaved small dog may be permitted with owner’s consent.

It’s a peaceful and very comfortable property with rather nice views and being very close to the coast path, the village shop, pub and restaurant, it’s ideal.
