ENTRANCE From a shared entrance at ground floor level, two flights of stairs lead up to the duplex apartment. This in turn leads into a spacious hallway, off which are the reception areas, kitchen and main bathroom.
SITTING ROOM A light and bright living space has been tastefully modernised whilst retaining many original features, including beautiful antique pine flooring. The area is stylishly furnished with two large sofas, feature fireplace (not in use), widescreen Smart TV, side and coffee tables. Large, interconnecting double doors can be fully opened to the adjoining DINING ROOM which has a solid oak table seating six comfortably.

BEDROOMS Two, both on the upper floor and each with a glimpse of the River Dart! An elegant staircase leads up to a double bedroom at second floor level with King size bed, bedside chairs, fitted wardrobes with shelving, dressing table and chair, original feature fireplace (not in use), and large window overlooking the town. The second bedroom has two single beds (that can be linked on request to create a super-King size double), wooden bedside units, chest of drawers, chair and DAB radio. N.B. All bed linen and towels are supplied – guests require beach and tea towels.
SUN ROOM Also on the second floor is a lovely ‘snug’ with church views and bi-folding doors to a superb roof terrace. The room is furnished with garden chairs and table, Smart TV, and sofa/day-bed (available on request only for one additional person).
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the lower level is a luxurious, contemporary bathroom with tiled bath, large separate walk-in shower (with rainhead and hand-held showers), w.c., wash-hand basin, towel rail and illuminated mirror. On the upper floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c.
PARKING* An annual parking pass is provided for the long stay car park (Mayors Avenue) subject to availability/space. Additional/alternative parking at Dartmouth ‘Park & Ride’ approx. 5-7 minutes’ drive away.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly antique pine flooring throughout the main living accommodation with laminate flooring in the bathrooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Super-fast fibre broadband available. The apartment is located on the second floor (up two flights of stairs). Please note no children under the age of 6.
