Enjoy a formal family dinner on the 16 seater dining table, great for a sociable evening passing around the wine and catching up before heading over to the lounge and lighting the woodburning stove whilst a film plays.

Travel up the sleek oak and glass staircase to gain access to find two charming bedrooms, a king-size room benefiting from its own glass fronted balcony with seating and en-suite shower, next door is a glorious super-king-size room, zip/link style with an en-suite bathroom.

The Studio can be found next door, home to two ground-floor super-king-size rooms with zip/link options, and contemporary walk-in shower rooms where you can enjoy a brisk morning rinse before a fun-filled day in Devon.

Utilise the first-floor living area, another open-plan space with vaulted beam ceilings, another equipped kitchen and small dining space, spend an evening with your close family enjoying a game night or sit on the glass fronted balcony with your favourite book on a sunny afternoon.

The Apartment sits next door, a ground-floor cottage ideal for couples with no kids, hosting a living room/diner with high ceilings, a plush sofa and intimate dining space, as well as an attractive double bedroom with its own en-suite shower.

This cottage has access through to the garden of The Coach House, where you'll find a lush private garden with a luxurious hot tub, green grass and more outdoor seating for the family.

Inside is a kitchen/diner to throw together a delicious afternoon lunch with seating for nine at the dining table and three on the breakfast bar.

A separate sitting room awaits for a rainy day spent inside playing board games, as the woodburning stove warms up the room and the TV plays background music, there's even a utility and a cloakroom in here!

Upstairs you'll find three lovely bedrooms, take your pick between a master king-size with an en-suite shower room, a spacious twin with an en-suite shower, and a cute double which has full access to the family bathroom.
