! The property was modern, spacious, very clean. The beds were really comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need. Centrally located for exploring Dartmouth. One slight drawback was that there was a pub just down the road so you could here all the music/entertainment this didn't bother us but may not be ideal for others.

An absolutely amazing apartment in the centre of Dartmouth with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space, Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday.

The welcome hamper was most appreciated! Superbly comfortable beds and fabulous showers. We will be booking again for next year!

Apartment wonderful as usual.

Very well appointed and clean with what we needed, including a cafetière! Very warm place to stay even in cooler weather, its modern so expected. Being right on the edge of the centre and with a dedicated parking space is a welcome bonus.

Spotlessly clean and very well appointed with good quality items. This was our second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again should we return.

When we opened the door to our apartment we could see straight away how beautifully decorated and clean it was.

Everything that we needed was provided with a fully equipped kitchen to luxurious showers and very comfortable beds. The location was very central with everything in walking distance. Having an M&S across the other side of the car park was very handy. We would definitely return.

Clean and comfortable. Parking was a bonus, and rare. Just one flight of stairs into the accommodation then all on the level. Facilities exceptional, showers for die for. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Dartmouth. Easy walking everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Very good accommodation, great position in Dartmouth, parking was an issue as we had 2 cars.

Always a delight to return to the apartment, except during regatta week!

As mentioned in the general feedback we can’t fault the booking process or the welcome when we arrived. Just a couple of niggles, firstly the shaver points in both bathrooms don’t work so don’t forget your manual toothbrush! Top drawer on the TV unit works when it feels like it, not good when the emergency torch is kept there. Finally being a modern insulated property there needs to be summer light quilts available especially when it is impossible to have windows open at night. That’s it, nothing major, just a few niggles.

Great flat that would be perfect with A/C.

Dartmouth is a roost and breading ground for seagulls and as such is very noisy during the night if you leave the bedroom windows open difficult to sleep through the noise. If you close the windows , less noisy but gets very warm.

Spotlessly clean, modern ,well equipped ,great location ,lovely view from balcony, car parking space great advantage, First time to Dartmouth, will certainly return.

Stunning apartment, great location, just perfect!

Stunning apartment one of the best we stayed in for location, quality and cleanliness.

Only comment is it would help if basic information was available e.g. use of internet, rubbish disposal, cooker instructions. However, this is a minor point and certainly would not stop visiting or recommending apartment.

Really well presented and well appointed property.

Exceeded our expectations. Only one suggestion and that is the provision of operating instructions for the hob and microwave oven.

apart from one or two niggels one being the drawer with the info pack was did not work and a man came to fix it .

2 there was no info on the oven and it did not work . The kind girl realised that the trip switch in the cubbard had gone and it was quickly mended . 3 the blind in the second bedroom was hanging on for dear life , the young girl said that it was mentioned twice before . aApart from these the apartment was fantastic and the parking was much appreciated All in all a wonderful stay .

Our second year of staying at this wonderful apartment.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and in the most amazing location, with designated parking (a real bonus!). Just a minute’s walk to the river, and the centre of Dartmouth, with all the shops and our favourite ice cream parlour! Would recommend to everyone, we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment.

This is one of two places we have stayed that I didn’t feel the need to wash crockery, glassware cutlery etc upon arrival. It was very clean. The facilities within the accommodation were spot on. (Washing machine, dryer tv and streaming option etc ) The parking was a massive added bonus especially the week we stayed as it was the week before Regatta so lots of comings and goings with vehicles. The permanent tenant in building was really kind and helpful to us too. All in all a great holiday destination and we hope to return soon.

A wonderful apartment in a brilliant location.

The owners of this property have gone above and beyond to provide everything required for an extremely comfortable stay. It has been maintained to a very high standard. The cleaners had even gone to the trouble of doing a fan shaping on both the end of the kitchen roll and toilet roll. They deserve a thank you!!

And the allocated parking space was an added bonus. The decor was lovely. Very clean upon arrival. And very centrally located. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

Lovely apartment and excellent location.

It is very well set up and has everything needed for a stay. The fact it has private parking, so close to the centre is a real bonus especially as it has a security post to prevent others using it, though we could never work out how to use it. Bin arrangements were a bit sketchy but with four flats and three bins clearly numbered it doesn’t take long to work it out. Recycling is a bit more tricky as the container for these belongs to a resident so we simply take ours home to avoid getting it wrong. It’s our second visit to this property and we would t hesitate to go there again - just wish we could sort out the noise of the gulls!!

Fabulous, modern apartment, clean and comfortable in a central location.

Only gripes were: a). the broken blind in the bedroom which we reported but nothing done and no follow up call. b). TV’s in bedrooms didn’t have the right cable to receive BBC 1/2 ITV etc. for which also reported, but nothing could be done.

This Dartmouth Apt was perfect.

The property is centrally located in the beautiful historic town off Dartmouth, To date this is by far the nicest apartment we have had. We will certainly be booking 1 De Courcey House again. Sandra.

The Accommodation was excellent.

Well equipped, clean and in a lovely condition. Great location, 2 minutes walking distance to the River Dart. To grab a Coffee and watch the Boats go by. We could have done with some instructions on how to operate the Oven.

Fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished with plush carpets and the most comfy beds.

The owners really have put a great deal of thought into everything you would need, the kitchen is so well equipped with plenty of everything you would need. There’s lots of little extra’s cocktail shaker, picnic ice packs, tea towels and dishwasher tablets. All the appliances were like new and the whole place was spotless. Having parking was a massive bonus. All in all one of the nicest places I have ever stayed and the love and thought that the owners have put into the apartment really does make it an ideal holiday rental. Top marks !! And will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and so comfortable, with everything you need.

The parking space is a huge bonus and it’s amazing to be able to walk to the water’s edge in just a couple of minutes. We love Blackpool Sands and it’s only a 10 minute drive away, M&S is also over the road so perfect to pick up supplies. We’re missing being there already!

It was so wonderful to find such a well equipped and well thought out holiday apartment.

All the extra little touches really made our holiday special, like the cocktail making equipment, the books, games and DVDs. I like to cook so was very pleased to see sharp knives, decent pots and pans and even a pastry brush (which I used). The M&S Food Hall across the road was also really handy! Beds were super comfy and we loved the motion-sensor blue lights in the bathrooms. The location is perfect.

It is a beautiful, well equipped property.

The location is perfect as it is in walking distance of everything that Dartmouth has to offer. The allocated parking is a huge bonus in Dartmouth which can be very busy at this time of year. The weather was very warm but by opening up the huge windows at the front and in the bedrooms we were able to get a through breeze.

We think that it should be pointed out to clients prior to booking that there is building work going on next to the property.

We were woken up by people talking on the phone and van / cars arriving at 7am most mornings and also work was starting before 8am. Also, it would be useful to have instruction manuals for such things as the TV, Heating etc. However the flat was immaculate and had everything needed for a lovely stay. A lot of thought has gone into this.
