Attractive and modern apartment with good views.

Everything there to make the holiday easy and every comfort catered for. Although the road noise was less desirable. The parking facilities was most appreciated and like gold dust in Dartmouth.

Our 3rd visit to 2 Sails, Everything is perfect, from the girls at Coast & Country Cottages where we collect the keys.

Could not wish for a better apartment and location. Hope to be back very soon.

This apartment really has the wow factor .

We were very impressed the views were nice the river and park . Thought it might be noisy being next to the road however it was okay . The kitchen was great plenty of utensils , also crockery and glasses .

Lovely very well equipped apartment.

Never had such a choice of cutlery, plates, mugs etc. Comfy beds. Only negative comment is the sofas are too low hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

The accommodation has been beautifully furnished to an high standard.

and very tastefully too. It is also extremely well equipped with everything you could think of. This was our second stay here and definitely won’t be our last. The only aspect of our stay on both occasions when we were there was that we found the apartment to quite chilly for the time of year we were there on each occasion. This was corrected upon our request but we would prefer not to have to address this type of issue when being on holiday. Overall, we simply greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment which also has a side view to the River Dart to top it all.

A truly beautiful, comfortable apartment with lift and garage parking.

Situated in an ideal location, the river within touching distance almost, great views and a very short walk into Dartmouth (M&S food store just round the corner was very handy). I have arthritis and the only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is the lift doesn’t go down to the garage so moving in meant walking up 8/9 steep steps to get to the lift and on departure the spiral staircase to the bins was very tricky for me. Really great stay but if you have a slight disability and are alone, as I was, you might need to consider this.

2 Sails is a lovely apartment which we enjoyed very much. We were very grateful to Mike for sorting the problem with the hot water quickly and to your whole team for the general effort, including allowing later checkout on account of our car breakdown; thank you all very much. However, we did find the access difficult in that getting luggage from the car to the apartment was not that easy. To contact Coast & Country we would much have preferred not to have to go through Sykes.

A great property, very modern, well equipped.

Comfortable and comfortable beds, which is most important. The position is ideal with Restaurants and shops a few minuets walk away. Having garage parking was a bonus, making it even more convenient.

Just a wonderful apartment, perfect.

This past week was our 6th visit to 2 Sails.

We thoroughly enjoy( obviously ) visiting the place. 2 Sails has everything you need for a great holiday. Close to Dartmouth, fantastic views, and the facilities within the apartment are second to none. Had a slight problem with the plumbing, but was rectified the next day. Excellent service by Coast and Country cottages

We loved our stay at Two Sails.

Everything was there for our comfort. Loved the lay out of the apartment and all the gadgets. It was the best one we have stayed in, as far as decor and facilities are concerned. However, we have stayed in Dartmouth many many times -- mainly with a river view - and considering the fact that it was not such a good view and the balcony didn't get any sun we thought it was overpriced.

Everything was as lovely as last year when I stayed with different friends.

We loved it that much we wanted to share how amazing the apartment was. Last year in was in Mrs Janet White. We absolved loved staying in this stunning apartment my only niggle is there is no extractor fan in the bathroom's. Which is a shame as the mirrors and windows steam up. We can highly recommend it too anyone. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 sails is an exceptional apartment.

Perfectly situated near all facilites and with a beautiful view of the river dart from the balcony. We had a very comfortable holiday with the very best of everything for our use. I would highly recommend 2 sails.

Sails 2 was a beautiful, modern apartment with all the facilities we could have wanted.

Spacious, light and very comfortable we could not have wanted for more. Very secure parking meant that we only took the car out once during our week. With the steam train and river cruises all within a short walking distance there was plenty to keep us in Dartmouth - lots of good eateries too. We have had a lovely week.

The Apartment was spacious and contemporary. Fantastic position if a bit noisy. Has everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. A genuine home from home. We will be back.

Apartment is stunning, 5 star! The rental team were amazing when we wanted one of the beds separated they had it done within the hour! Great location and a wonderful relaxing holiday. only moved the car twice as Dartmouth had everything we wanted and it was right on our doorstep! we’d love to come back.

We have just had our fourth visit to 2 sails, and it never fails to impress us.

The quality and the cleanliness of the apartment is outstanding. We are desperately looking forward to our next visit.

Immaculate property!

Contemporary and tastefully decorated. All mod cons and great wifi and TV, excellently appointed with everything and more you could ever need. Wonderful views of the estuary! We will be back, missing it already. Should mention the Coast and Country staff couldn’t be more helpful (a minor query) and provided all the information we could possibly need. So very happy thank you!

The perfect place for a weeks sojourn in Dartmouth, conveniently situated and luxuriously fitted out; everything is easy to use which is what you want for a week away.

Can’t recommend the apartment highly enough. Due to its location there is some road noise but traffic reduces to almost nothing overnight so a good nights sleep is assured.

This was our third stay at 2 Sails, and again did not disappoint.

We would love to stay there again in the future.

2Sails is fabulously appointed spacious and comfortable.

More crockery and glasses than you could use which meant you didn't need the dish washer every day. It was beautifully maintained and felt like a home from home. There was noise from the road but nothing for us that spoilt the week.

2 Sails was a beautiful apartment and a wonderful base to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding area.

Stunning location. The fact the property comes with an underground parking space is priceless. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I come back to Dartmouth.

We had a lovely time at 2 Sails, house is beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean, would stay here again if back in Dartmouth.

The property lived up to the photographic expectations.

It was beautifully appointed with every mod con you could possibly need. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery. The garage door can be a bit scary as it suddenly closes without warning.

Fantastic holiday would stay again anytime

This has been our second stay at 2 Sails, and as good as our first ( if not better) We noticed a few alterations which were very much appreciated.

The location of the property was ideal for touring the area as well as a short walk into Dartmouth. We will definitely be returning, if it is vacant.

This was our first time staying at this apartment, but hopefully not our last.

It was just like the pictures on the wed site. It was in a excellent location,yes it’s next to the road but this didn’t spoil it for us. We were able to sit out on the balcony as we were lucky with the weather. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and extremely comfortable. With the everything you would need. We can highly recommend.

Super service and great apartment, first class location and furnishings

Excellent accommodation right in the middle of Dartmouth.

Very clean and comfortable with the bonus of parking. I could park an estate car in the garage and we found the property very quiet.

Super apartment with high specification throughout.

Every possible appliance is provided. Excellent location and within easy walking distance of all pubs and restaurants. The noise that has been mentioned in previous posts was not an issue for us and did not detract from the beautiful views across the River and Coronation Park. Would definitely stay again!

2 sails is a most gorgeous property, very well equipped and luxurious.

The view is to die for and the balcony was the icing on the cake. The noise that is mentioned in the reviews is understandable due to the location, but does not detract from the ambience of the property. Hopefully we will be returning for another enjoyable week in the near future.

Wonderful location and wonderful property, just a little noisy on the corner of a busy road.

You quite rightly say that the property is on a very busy corner and we did understand this but it can’t be emphasised enough that this is a very noisy property and does not make for a peaceful holiday as there is street noise virtually 24/7.

Can’t fault the beautifully appointed accommodation, but location, location, location is everything!

Lovely modern apartment, beautifully furnished, parking and in a great location.

One drawback, on busy noisy main road.

Situated perfectly for everything, good to go for a stroll at any time and no parking issues, although quite tight for parking in underground car park.

M & S round the corner and plenty of bars and restaurants to say nothing of the amazing views from the apartment. You can have a bath and look out over the estuary! Very clean and beautifully decorated and kitchen stocked with everything you could need. We are quite fussy but nothing to complain about here

Accommodation was absolutely fantastic, very clean and extremely comfortable, perfect location in Dartmouth, nothing else to really say but BOOK IT, would will not be disappointed
