“We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The Yellow House, the property was spacious, clean and very comfortable, a lovely enclosed rear garden which is a suntrap when the weather is nice!”

The location was ideal for walking into Dawlish, being only 5 mins away from the beach on foot, plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby, a launderette just around the corner and convenient access to public transport. Parking outside the property was near impossible but we had purchased a 7 day parking permit from the Teignbridge District council website which allows you to use most of the car parks they own and provided incredible value for money at £40 for the week, this allowed us to leave the car in the Barton Hill car park overnight which was very convenient! We would definitely recommend The Yellow House to anyone wanting to staying Dawlish and would love to stay again at some point.

Thank for the lovely feedback and for the excellent tip about the 7 day parking permit for Teignbridge car parks, great advice! Hope you will come back again soon. Property Owner
