If you would rather relax in the comfort of your holiday home and the tranquil surroundings of Hillfield Village, enjoy the use of beautiful gardens, all-weather tennis court and a children's play area.
Settled into the outskirts of the historic maritime town of Dartmouth, with its meandering riverside, quaint cobbled streets and boutique shops, this is a fabulous holiday destination for a family or group of friends. There is a great selection of local eateries, as well as convenience stores for all of your holiday essentials, including The Royal Castle and Bar 1620.
The beautiful coves and beaches dotted along the Start Bay coastline are also within easy reach, as are numerous all-weather family attractions, perfect for keeping everyone entertained! Enjoy watersports at Broadsands Beach, walks along the Berry Head National Nature Reserve, or visit the bustling seaside town of Paignton, where guests can spend a day at Splashdown Quaywest or Paignton Zoo Environmental Park. We spent a very enjoyable few days at Court Cottage which is just outside Dartmouth.
The cottage is cosy and well equipped for all your needs - there was even a pint of milk and lemonade in the fridge to greet us! It is a very peaceful location with beautiful views from the decking. Would stay again.
The door handle on the main bedroom door kept coming off.
The water in the shower upstairs wasn't very hot. Internet did not bring up 1 court cottage, only 3 court cottage and we didn't want to use a shared link. We we didn't mention this though as we were happy with the tv choices. Overall ok.
A lovely cottage situated in a unspoilt part of Devon.
Cottage had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Especially nice to have the heating on. Would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet. So close to Dartmouth and easy access onto A roads and Motorway. Loved our stay.
