Be welcomed into this contemporary holiday home after climbing the 13 steps to the front door, before heading into the open-plan living space, being immediately taken aback by the gorgeous scene presented through the picture window of Newton Creek below.
Discover a sleek kitchen to assist you with self-catering, alongside a large dining table to seat all six guests, as well as plush sofas to sit and enjoy the Smart TV from.
A stylish shower room rests on this first floor, serving the double bedroom which also boasts access to the balcony, with seating here and access into the open-plan living space too.
Head upstairs to discover two further luxury bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and the second a twin, the first features and an en-suite shower room, and the second presenting an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony too, so you can wake up to a gorgeous views as you sip a morning coffee.
Make amazing memories in Newton Ferrers with the creek and River Yealm providing a great location for kayaking, canoeing and paddle-boarding, perfect for adventurous types!
The village itself boasts two local shops to pick up all your essentials and The Dolphin Inn, while the village resting across the water, Noss Mayo, is home to two pubs, The Swan Inn and The Ship Inn.
Explore the South West Coast Path to see more of the coast, with some small beaches and hidden spots to discover along the way like Cellar Beach and Saddle Cove with a seasonal ferry service across to Noss Mayo to link up the coast path.
Pay a visit to Wembury and stop in at Wembury Marine Centre to learn about the conservation efforts that are happening locally, before strolling down to the National Trust Wembury Beach for a day on the shores, exploring the rock pools and spotting the masses of wildlife.
Head over to Plymouth to find a bustling atmosphere with cafés, pubs, bars and shops to explore, some along the waterfront, as well as attractions like National Marine Aquarium, The Mayflower Museum and West Hoe Park.

3 The Hide is a fantastic apartment with great views across the river Yealm.
Quiet location, conveniently positioned near the jetty with stepped access to the water taxi / ferry to several destinations along the estuary (at £4.50 one way it's a little costly if there's a few of you). The accomodation was well equipped, very clean & comfortable. Parking for one car only but no problem finding a parking spot a short walk away on the road. Only a ten minute walk to the local shop & pub (The Dolphin). Woodland walk from the property along the river estuary was lovely.
