“The write-up for this apartment was misleading.”
It was more like a large beach hut. The rooms were tiny and we think it should have been made clear that the second bedroom had no window so air flow was a big problem. The state of repair, fittings and implements were not up to the usual standard we expect from properties available through your company. Fortunately, there were only 3 of us and all reasonably slim otherwise there would certainly have been space issues. The best part of this break was the time we could spend away from the property so we were grateful to have reasonable weather.
In view of the above we feel the property was greatly overpriced and, we are sorry to say, was not up to the standard we have come to expect from your company over a great many years. We would certainly NOT recommend it to others.

We are so sorry that you felt misled by the description of 1 The Salcombe. We have successfully let the property for many years and have not had comments of this nature previously.
Although it seems this property was not suited to you, we hope that we can welcome you back to the area again soon.
