The property

3 Combehaven is a ground floor apartment with two bathrooms, situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

This property has an open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge featuring a New England style granite kitchen, dining table and chairs and large glass doors opening onto a garden with terrace.

Kitchen amenities include, an AEG gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and microwave.

The dining table sits six.

The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas, television, DVD player, IPod docking unit and French doors which open out onto a garden and sunny, south-facing terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of something chilled!

Three bedrooms in total: a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room with shower, hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

There are two further twin rooms, the first with 3’ single beds and two 2’6” beds (suitable for children).

All bedrooms have doors out onto the terrace and garden.

There is a separate family bathroom with Bette steel bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

In addition, two car parking spaces are reserved for this property.

A lift runs from the ground floor in two of the main apartment buildings.

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

No trailers or boats of any description are permitted in the parking area.

Barbecues (including disposable) are not permitted at any of the apartments.
