The property

6 Combehaven is a well-presented ground-floor apartment, situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with superb New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen with granite worktop.

The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and maple fireplace with coal-effect gas fire, plus a very comfortable L-shaped sofa with matching armchair, flatscreen TV, Blu Ray DVD player, digital radio, glass coffee and side tables, and glass-topped dining table with six chairs.

Double French doors open out to a French balcony with views over neighbouring houses across to the estuary. Three bedrooms in total, including a master with a King-size bed, built-in wardrobes, TV and an en suite with power shower, wash basin, w.c, heated towel rail and shaver point.

The second bedroom also has a King-size bed, matching bedside units and wardrobe, whilst the third has full size bunk beds.

There is also a separate family bathroom.

In addition, two car parking space are reserved for this property on site.

6 Combehaven is a fantastic base for exploring Salcombe’s sandy beaches, walking the South West Coast Path, or trying watersports such as sailing, stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

The flat can be accessed via a lift.

No trailers or boats of any description are permitted in the parking area.
