My only criticism is the ability to contact you. We found this very frustrating and would wait an average of 15 minutes on hold to a main UK line number before being able to ask questions and then being put on hold whilst they spoke to the Salcombe office.
We were given a number for the Salcombe office but this never worked (there was no option 4 to select) and we were always put to the ‘call centre’.
It seemed unnecessary always speaking to a third party seeing as there was an office locally with lovely people in it who were willing to help, if only we could have contacted them!
