    The property is amazing and suits our family requirements perfectly . We have travelled a lot but the views from this property are hard to beat (also better than the other Estura Villas we have stayed in) The kitchen was kitted out well for our family's 'chefs' & the spa passes were used daily and much appreciated Thank-you to the owners for making your property available & we look forward to returning soon

The property

Directly overlooking the stunning Salcombe Estuary, Villa 1, Estura is part of a landmark development of luxury properties in one of the region’s most beautiful and exclusive waterside settings, just a five-minute walk from Salcombe’s pretty waterfront. This elegant three-storey property, which is under new ownership, boasts spectacular sea views and accommodates up to eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are en suite. On the first floor, an elegant hand-crafted kitchen of the very highest of standards has designer units, quartz work surfaces, a range of Miele integrated appliances and a boiling hot water tap, making self-catering a real pleasure.

The kitchen leads into a luxurious, light and bright living and dining area with fabulous sea views - tri-folding doors open onto the balcony with incredible stunning panoramic views across the estuary.

At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed and stunning sea views from the Juliet balcony, plus an en suite shower room.

Also, there is also a double bedroom with super king size bed.

On the lower ground floor are two en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed and private waterside terrace with seating, and the other with a super king-size bed.

A small family bathroom is situated adjacent to the double bedroom (ground floor level). Utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer).

Allocated parking for one car.

Up to four guests at any one time can enjoy the use of the luxury spa facilities at Salcombe Harbour Hotel, including an indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

About the location

SALCOMBE

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
