The property

6 Bolt Head is a first floor luxury apartment with stunning panoramic views stretching across to the beaches at Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Sunny Cove.

The accommodation is on one level with a lift or one flight of steps from the entrance lobby.

This property has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room with French doors leading out onto the balcony with table and chairs to take in the stunning views.

The kitchen is very well equipped with four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lovely fitted units and granite work surfaces.

The dining area has a large table with chairs whilst the comfortable sitting area has two sofas, armchair, coffee table, widescreen TV with Sky, Freeview and DVD player.

Three bedrooms in total: a master bedroom with a double bed and fully tiled en suite with large shower cubicle, w.c., wash hand basin, shaver point, light and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside unit and wardrobe/drawers.

The third, is a single.

There is also a separate fully tiled bathroom with bath shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

In addition, one car parking space is reserved for this property.

A short downhill walk away is the popular South Sands Hotel and Bo’s Beach café.

Watersports equipment can also be hired for the more adventurous looking to explore the many coves and beaches along the coast.

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction.
