2. We couldn't watch Sky tv or Netflix, only Freeview. There were no instructions for the tv.

4. I think that two front door keys would be preferable as in our case there were two of us and in case one set gets lost or left behind.
5. It would be good to have some fire instructions for exiting the property and to know that the alarm in the lift is monitored by a central station in the event of an emergency. Also one of the other flats left a lot of sand inside the lift and in the hallway , I am not sure who is responsible for cleaning this.

Regarding instructions, these are kept in a kitchen cupboard, usually above oven, although there aren't any specific instructions for the TV as it is quite basic with a switch at the wall and right hand side of TV. There aren't any insructions for WIFI only a password which is printed on a laminate and hung in hallway along with instructions on how to switch bathroom radiators on and details of what to do in the event of a fire.
The internet connection is usually very good bearing in mind Bolt Head is a headland and we are surrounded by sea, for this reason, 100% cannot be guaranteed. I would point out however, downloading a film takes quite a long time, hence why we leave a DVD player in the apartment. We quite often work form the aparment on laptops and we do not not have any issues.
Our Sky package includes all of the usual channels excluding movies and sport as we would have to leave our pass code for this. We do however provide the App Platform which enables visitors to select Netflix etc and log in with their own account number.
With regards to lifts at Bolt Head, there is a button (as in all lifts) that dials the lift company who then nofify the local fire brigade.
Finally regarding the sand in lift and stairway/hall, this is looked after by Bolt Head housekeeping, however, neighbouring apartments, who do not let their property to holiday makers are very good at tidying at the end of their stay.
