    “Look like retirement home.”

Too much same colour beige every rooms and walls. Where is electric charger for cars, nothing there. Otherwise fine.

The property

Bring your family for an unforgettable experience at 4 Thurlestone Beach House, a stunning ground-floor apartment nestled along the Devon coastline.

The property comprises modern open plan accommodation with an American feel, boasting far-reaching sea views and offering plenty of space, perfect for a family adventure. After a fun-filled day at the beach, step into the open-plan living space and open a cold bottle of beer from the well-equipped kitchen as you sit down on the snug sofa with the stereo playing your favourite songs. Situated behind the lounge space is a family dining table seating 6 where you and your loved ones can catch up with a bottle of wine, seeing who's the best at card games.

Through large patio doors is a private outdoor area (south and west facing), fitted with alfresco dining in the summer months, seating and lounge chairs for a quiet afternoon to yourself. Take your pick from a lavish king-size room with ensuite shower, a super convenient twin or a children's single room *(by agreement a second child may be accommodated), with ample storage, fabulous natural lighting and calm neutral decor. Don't worry about putting sandy clothes back into your suitcase, there's a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron to save you from finding grains of sand for months. Enjoy your relaxing stay with a peaceful soak in the ample bath found in the family bathroom, and if you're more of a shower person, there's even one fitted overhead. To the outside are communal grounds, composed of lawns, flower beds and a sheltered sunken garden with barbeque. Pick up a range of snacks and food for your self-catered trip at the Village shop and post office found a short drive or walk away in Thurlestone, maybe even stopping off for a crisp glass of wine in the local pub or hotel.

Venture over to the nearby golf club and tennis courts for some exercise Take a leisurely stroll over to Thurlestone Sands, the perfect beach spot where you can choose to relax in the sun, take part in watersports, or enjoy a snack or meal at the beach bar there.

Other beaches within walking distance worth exploring include Bantham Beach, Hope Cove and Yarmer, which can all be discovered whilst meandering on the South West Coast Path with many others slightly further afield. If you're fancying a day away from the sandy shores and into a town centre, venture over to the charming market town of Kingsbridge where you can find quaint local shops, bars with craft beer, and a fantastic leisure centre, or to the boating centre of Salcombe with its narrow streets, boutique shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. Be wowed by the beautiful scenery found in the South Hams District, a tranquil area where you can walk along the gorgeous cliff top and moorlands paths, visit unique villages, and taste the ancient local delicacies. Find your own personal sanctuary at 4 Thurlestone Beach House, a perfect family destination.
