    “Great, central location, nicely specked and clean property has everything and more that you need during your stay.”

    Great access to bus routes that go to Kingsbridge , salcombe and dartmouth. Property caretaker accessible and very accommodating. Beautiful coastal walks where you can access cricket inn at Beesands. Also , a short walk to start bay Inn for great fish & chips - you need to get there early for a table though.

Located in the heart of Torcross, The Barn is just yards from Slapton Sands beach and the local pub, cafes and shop.

Accessed via the courtyard parking area, the entrance leads directly to a hallway, with cloakroom, and an ash staircase leading to the spacious open-plan living area.

The property enjoys two luxurious en suite bedrooms, and a light and sunny open plan living area.

The contemporary kitchen (including four-ring Miele induction hob, integrated ovens plus combi microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle tap) has a dining area that seats four.

The spacious living room has an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, Smart TV and a playstation!

The master suite, on the ground floor, boasts a super-King size bed, ample clothes storage, Smart TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom with bath and separate rainhead shower cubicle.

The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers, Smart TV and an en suite shower room, with a large walk in shower.

A child friendly property, a travel cot and highchair are provided.

TORCROSS

Kingsbridge 7.7 miles; Torquay 23.4 miles.

Torcross is at the southern end of Slapton Sands, in the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This area of coastline is a historic site where the Normandy landings were practiced, and is within easy reach of the towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Slapton Sands is a 1.2 mile-long stretch of shingle beach, which is dog-friendly all year round. This area is fantastic for nature lovers, with Slapton Ley Nature Reserve adjacent to the beach.

No Pets Permitted.

This property only takes Friday to Friday bookings within the months of July and August.

Strictly No Smoking.

Strictly 1 car permitted per property in a private garage with nearby public parking available for any additional cars.

Due to the constant effort to make Torcross welcoming, continual restorations are carried out in the area to enhance it's beauty.
