The permit is valid in The Mayors Avenue car park 24 hours a day, except between 25th May 2027 – 1st September 2027 when it is only valid between 3.00pm and 10.00am [the following day] and Regatta week.
The permit is instead valid in the Park and Ride car park at the top of town during Regatta weeks and for 24 hours a day between the 25th May –1st September.
