    “The apartment is well positioned near the centre of the town and offers excellent views from both the main bedroom and the lounge/diner directly over the River Dart and you can watch the Lower Ferry crossing all day!”

    Being central there are restaurants literally within a minute’s walk or less! It is a third floor flat with external steps so care required when wet. The only areas I would recommend for improvement would be for better instructions for visiting guests. The Heated Bathroom Towel rail switch is located at the back of the wardrobe in the main bedroom and took a bit of finding! Also, the electric heaters. There are Lots of lights on them but they seem to have a mind of their own and the one in ...

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon.
