“It's our second stay at Tides Dartmouth, great location and a fabulous stay.”

We stayed in April this year as well as we loved the place very very much and came back. Tides is like a tardis when you enter the property. Every mod con that makes things easier to enjoy while staying there. The location is fabulous as everything is on hand from shops to restaurants and days out. We parked the car in Mayors avenue with the car park pass (which in Dartmouth is essential as parking is hard especially for long durations) and enjoyed all what Dartmouth has to always offer ...

We stayed in April this year as well as we loved the place very very much and came back. Tides is like a tardis when you enter the property. Every mod con that makes things easier to enjoy while staying there. The location is fabulous as everything is on hand from shops to restaurants and days out. We parked the car in Mayors avenue with the car park pass (which in Dartmouth is essential as parking is hard especially for long durations) and enjoyed all what Dartmouth has to always offer. Bathroom towels, bedding and bathrooms were extremely clean and so fresh. There are a few disappointing factors which we hoped on our second stay would have been sorted, the main entrance really needs cleaning so much it would take 10 mins to sort, the mattress on the top floor in 6 months hasn't still been changed and you can feel the springs the cleaning could of been better, not just cleaning what you see (dust crumbs and M and M's under sofa cushions from previous guests) the table is the same all scratched, we bought a table cloth to cover it, the stairs leading up in to the property never seems to be hooved up and the windows so so need a clean, I'm sure it's the same seagull marks as last time. (I saw a window cleaner I nearly asked him to do it) 2 days before leaving we decided to see if we could extend our stay, we used the what's app portal to request an extended enquiry based on checking the availability through the website, no answer.? Until we got 48 hours after the enquiry, sorry we've not been in touch and case closed unless you said yes or no..? This was after checking out of the property .! Brilliant no customer service no response through your recommend form of communication .? So we sadly had to came home seems ridiculous, loosing money when we wanted to stay longer . Apart from that we love Dartmouth and we made tides with a little TLC our own home for a week and wished we could have enjoyed longer.
