Sunday School is a charming three-bedroom home, converted from an old school and is located in the scenic village of Dittisham, overlooking River Dart in Devon.
The house welcomes up to eight guests and is perfect for a family or group retreat offering expansive views of the river, a handy position close to a variety of facilities, contemporary decor with historic beams, valuted ceilings, and exposed stonework, and benefits from an EV charging station.
Before entering Sunday School, park your car outside and go up 4 steps to the front door.
Enter into a spacious hallway with settle and coats hanging before going upstairs to the open-plan living area; you'll be amazed by the stylish design of the room, which combines traditional and chic furnishings, including a large dining table, beamed and vaulted ceilings, a plush corner sofa, a woodburning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a Juliet balcony.
Before choosing between the three immaculate bedrooms, head inside to freshen up in the ground-floor bathroom.
On the ground floor, you'll also discover a warm king-size with en-suite, as well as a bunk room with a trundle and single sofa bed, and on the first floor, a king-size with a bespoke bed and patio doors leading out to the garden.
Venture outdoors to the multi-level garden to make the most of your tranquil surroundings, where you can relax, cook a barbecue, and spend time with your loved ones while taking in the breath-taking views from the high terrace.
Awaken in this wonderful home, before enjoying your local amenities, the well-liked Ferry Boat Inn pub and neighbouring Anchorstone restaurant before catching a ferry across the River Dart to Greenway Quay and Greenway House, the holiday home of Agatha Christie, or alternatively take a boat ride down to the historic town of Dartmouth.
After arriving in the busy town, take a tour of the Dartmouth Museum and Bayards Cove, rent a paddle boat to explore the river, learn about the impressive Dartmouth Castle and stroll the coastal path to Sugary Cove Beach.
Before continuing to explore South Devon AONB, visit Totnes Castle to cap off your tour or Totnes Museum and Archives to brush up on your local knowledge.
Book Sunday School for all of this, and more.
