But the directions were hopeless. You need to check the recommended route. Going through Churchstow is unnecessary and adds considerably to the journey. When approaching the property, the signs at the top of the turning aren’t there any more, but there is a bench at the top of the road which if mentioned would be very helpful. The property description does not make it at all clear that it is actually a mid terrace. The outside needs tidying and redecorating. The parking is difficult and rubbish disposal unclear. There is no code for the bins and we had to ask a neighbour where to find them. Recycling has fallen by the wayside and needs clearing before the Council would collect. Wi-Fi details wrong in the description. Accurate information would really help in expectations of the house. It is well presented inside except for the sitting room which is gloomy, dark and with very uncomfortable furniture. Also the tiles on the kitchen floor are uneven and could cause tripping. The garden doesn’t feel secure with 3 gates off it leading to other dwellings. Our disappointment could have been alleviated by accurate details of what to expect.

I can confirm that the gates do not lead to other dwellings, the 1st leads to the scenic communal garden, the 2nd to our courtyard and shed and the 3rd around the back of our cottage.
