Communication could only be made via email. Therefore customer support was very poor. At the end of our holiday we were accused of leaving a small stain on the carpet which we did not do. A further £90 was taken from my bank card without my permission. Therefore, I would not recommend Sykes cottages go anybody. In fact, I will go out of my way to advise people not to use your company.

For what it’s worth, it looks like you had the most amazing weather and our neighbours said that you and your kids were a delight. You’d be very welcome if you decided to return.
