    “A lovely cottage, clean, very roomy and well equipped.”

    Parking was a bit difficult in our case as our garage locked itself on closure, with no key, and we had to force it open which took some doing. We therefore had to take up 2 spaces in the small visitors car park. There was a problem with ants but ant powder was provided. However, we realize that this is a problem which is hard to overcome.

The property

A light and spacious barn conversion, set in the heart of the countryside, near the estuary town of Kingsbridge.

A balcony window overlooks the courtyard, whilst the double doors lead out from the lounge to the rear patio/garden.

Adjacent to the sitting room is a cloakroom, with w.c.

The property has three bedrooms, all of which are en suite.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom, with French doors to the courtyard.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King-size bed, and the third bedroom, which is perfect for children, has full size bunk beds.

Outside, to the front of the barn, are expansive communal lawns.

To the rear of the property is a private, enclosed garden area.

There are two parking spaces in a double garage, with additional parking for visitors.

Baby friendly, the property is well equipped including items such as a high chair, travel cot and stairgate.

Dog-friendly, one well behaved pet is permitted.
